History
1985 – 1995: Ilze worked as a state prosecutor in the Magistrate’s and High Court, Pretoria.
1995 – 2004: Practised as an advocate at the Pretoria Bar, specialising in labour and employment law.
2004 – Present: Joined private practice as a labour law consultant and Senior Partner at Labour Law Experts.
More about Ilze
Ilze was admitted as an advocate of the High Court on 15 March 1986. She completed the Arbitration Skills Course in 2002, qualifying as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Forum. During her time at the Pretoria Bar, she also served on contract as a part-time Regional Court Magistrate for 4 years.
